For ordering a boat, you can place a direct order on our site on the boat’s page. All available colors are listed for each boat. Payment is taken directly on the site. We will get in touch with you shortly after to confirm your order and take care of shipping cost (based on your location) separately. If you’d rather talk to us in person, give us a ring at 423.619.4680 and we can get you taken care of.
We can ship boats to any state in the country. The price varies based on location and boat size. One of the nice things about dealing with a small company like Bliss-Stick US is that we can get creative about shipping your boat out to you if saving money is a priority. We can also ship a boat direct to your doorstep to save any hassle. When you receive your new boat make sure to check it out before the delivery driver leaves, if the boat is damaged call us immediately at 423.619.4680 and we will get a new boat sent out to you.
Boats are also available to pick up at our warehouse based in Clover, SC…just south of Charlotte, NC.
All new Bliss-Stick boats come with a full one year warranty. There is no registration process needed to warranty the boat, your receipt is all you need to prove you have a valid warranty. Warranties cover manufacture defects, but do not cover normal wear and tear on the boats. For all warranty inquires emailis the fastest way to start the process.
As a rather small company, we don’t have a large network of dealers with available demo’s. The best thing to do is send us an email and we can catch up to paddle sometime!
